What do you think about when you’re alone in your car?

I mostly wonder about things. Do animals wish their lives were different? Do they sit around wishing they had longer legs or curlier hair? How long can an alligator hold its breath? Why do people hate opossums so much? (I think they're cute.) What is Eric Estrada up to these days? Why do I know who Eric Estrada is when I've never seen CHiPs?

How would you sell hot cocoa in Florida?

Boisterously with lots of jokes.

What is your favorite band or musician?

I don't have musician but I have been credited with having one. One morning, a photographer I was working with asked me what I wanted to listen to, I couldn't think of anything, so I said, "I heard Elvis Costello in the car on the way to the studio. Let's start with that." For unknown reasons, he told everyone on the shoot that I was an Elvis Costello super fan.

Teach me something I don’t know in the next five minutes.

If you are trying to determine if an egg is still good, you can put it in a bowl of water. If it sinks, it is a fresh egg. If it sinks but stands up on end a bit, it's older but also the perfect age to hard boil because it will be easy to peel. If it floats,

it's gone bad.

Would you rather fight one horse-sized duck, or 100 duck-sized horses?

One horse-sized duck. 100 of anything is too many.

If you could only choose one song to play every time you walked into a room for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I'm tempted to say "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes because it's such a dramatic way to waltz into a room, but I don't think I could carry on being that serious for a whole song, so I'm going to go with "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen. It starts off kind of subtle but then it crescendos into a really great dance number. I like the idea of dance being a regular part of me entering rooms.
